The film begins with a family moving to a new house to start a quieter life, but shortly after, their son Dalton falls from the attic and enters a strange comatose-like state with no clear medical explanation, which causes the whole family to live in great anxiety and fear. Over time, they bring him back home, but instead of things improving, strange things start happening inside the house, such as unexplained sounds, movements, and shadows that appear and disappear. With each passing day, the situation becomes more mysterious and frightening.
