A year after a tragedy that shook the city, a woman bearing the scars of what happened to her appears in a television interview that quickly turns into the beginning of a new chaos, confirming that the effects of the past have not yet faded. On Halloween night, Tara and her friend Dawn go out after a regular night out, but they encounter a silent clown named Art who watches them in a disturbing way. He follows them to a diner and then disappears, before they discover that their car has been vandalized, forcing them to call for help from Victoria, Tara’s sister. While waiting, Tara enters a nearby building looking for a restroom, and there she finds herself inside an abandoned place inhabited by strange atmospheres and unfamiliar residents, while Dawn remains outside alone where the real danger begins to approach.

Filming Locations of Terrifier 2016
The horror film Terrifier was filmed in multiple locations across the United States, with scenes distributed between different states to highlight different atmospheres within the story. Some of the interior diner scenes were filmed in New York state at a pizza restaurant in Deer Park, while other shots were filmed in California at a historic building in Los Angeles used in the film’s famous building scene. Additional filming was also done in Trenton, New Jersey.
