A strange package arrives at the home of Sarah Pierce and her daughter Nica, containing a creepy-looking doll. Sarah was scared of it and threw it away, but she was killed the next night, and the police ruled it a suicide. Nica went to live with her sister Barb, her husband Ian, their daughter Alice, and the maid Jill. There, Alice became attached to the doll, and mysterious incidents began to happen in the house. Over time, Nica discovered that the doll was connected to a serial killer named Charles Lee Ray, and Chucky began killing one after another, throwing the house into chaos and horror. In the end, Nica was accused, while Chucky continued to escape, and it appeared that he was still there and the danger was not over.
